The house’s signature cuvée made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier from old vines in Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne. Base year 2021, 50% reserve wine. Fermentation in barrels, 20 months sur lattes under natural cork. Disgorged with a dosage of 6 g/l.
The flagship from Ludes: equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from old vines in Ludes 1er Cru, on chalk-rich slopes. The bottles rest for six years 'sur lattes' and are disgorged with a dosage of 3 g/l.
Grand Cru Pinot from Ambonnay – spontaneously fermented, barrel-aged, low dosage (3 g/l). Deep expression of terroir and great aging potential.
Elegant Grand Cru from the chalk-rich soils of Mailly. Barrel-fermented and bottle-aged with a low dosage (3 g/l). More floral and approachable than Ambonnay – but equally true to its terroir.
